Standard Operating Procedure for Returns & Refunds // Last Updated: April 2026

01. 30-Day Return Window

We stand behind our hardware. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any eligible item purchased directly from OMO Shopping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

02. Return Protocol Initiation

To start a return, you must contact our support team. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

  • Include: Your Order ID, reason for return, and photographic evidence if the item is defective.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

03. Refunds & Financial Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (InstaPay, Fawry, or Bank Transfer) within 5-7 business days.

* Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a system defect or our error.

04. 2-Year Hardware Warranty

Beyond the 30-day return window, all OMO hardware is covered by a standard 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Physical damage caused by the user (drops, water damage, unauthorized modifications) voids this warranty.
